At CEM, quality control is of vital importance to our manufacturing processes.

Every manufactured component is checked at various stages during manufacture, and we are regularly audited by the major companies that we supply.

Component ID
Every component that we manufacture is assigned a unique component ID. This is held on our system and details:

The component ID information allows us access to the full history of the component from the start of manufacture through to the finished component.

Calarimeter Testing
Resin testing is performed using our in-house calarimeter, a Mettler Toledo DSC1ZE analysis system.
